Shifting Schedules: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am

2 years solid year experience working front desk.
Strong administrative skills
Can communicate in English
Willing to take shifting schedules
Team player, looking for great attitude towards attending to guests.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests as they arrive and thank them for staying when they check out.
Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, room change and late check-out requests.
Collect and secure payment.
Count bank at the beginning and end of shift when assigned as cashier.
Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
File guest paperwork and documentation. Note on number of baggage and coordinate with bell boy for room assignments.
Coordinate closely with housekeeping for room readings.
Coordinate with appropriate staff for reservations and when guests are waiting for an available room.
Entertain guests who seek direction and information.
Speak using clear and professional language.
Answer phone with appropriate etiquette and entertain booking and reservations.
Experience in a hotel or restaurant, a plus!
